Are you a results-driven senior marketer with a passion for managing paid digital channels campaigns? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead / Manager to join our team and take the reins of our paid media advertising.
The Ring Media & Investment team sits at the heart of the Ring International Marketing function. Within the team we are proud to hold a collective bunch of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Our primary performance goal is acquire new Ring customers to convert to our product range and ensure they are long term brand loyalists.
Key job responsibilities
Digital Channel Roadmaps:
* Take a leadership role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital channel roadmaps aligned with overall marketing objectives.
* Partner with cross-functional global teams across Amazon to align digital marketing strategies for compelling results at scale.
* Drive the integration of paid social, paid search, and display advertising into a cohesive, cross-channel approach.
* Oversee our current in-housing digital media efforts across Google Ads (paid search, Shopping, Display), with a view to analysing our digital media operations and to optimise where appropriate, to drive improved performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to establish and refine processes for efficient in-platform execution & reporting.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment for a direct team member (in-platform specialist).
* Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives are met.
Execution and Optimisation:
* Directly able to support the team with in-platform questions for key channels, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and platform updates.
* Implement optimisation strategies based on performance data, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
Measurement & Media Technology:
* Take ownership on performance marketing data infrastructure, cross-channel measurement, data aggregation & visualisation process
* Manage and evaluate media technology solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging tools.
Attribution Models:
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of attribution models and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) methodologies.
* Apply this understanding to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and guide strategic decision-making.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in professional non-internship marketing
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
– Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
